If you need to change or cancel your order, just shoot us an email at hello@happy-slipper.com or use our contact form ASAP. We’ll do our best to make it happen - just as long as your package hasn’t already hit the road! 📦

Can I Return or Exchange an Item?

Absolutely! Just drop us an email at hello@happy-slipper.com with your request, and if possible, let us know why you'd like to return or exchange your order. You can also use our contact form for this. As per our return policy, the cost of return shipping is on you. 🔄

  3. After cleaning, pat them dry with a towel

Can I wear my Slippers outside?

Yes, most of our slippers can be worn outdoors! 🌞 Just keep in mind that using them outside may cause them to look more worn and could shorten their lifespan. For long-lasting coziness, we recommend keeping them mostly indoors - but feel free to enjoy a quick trip to the mailbox, the beach, a brunch or a stroll on the patio!
