Deliveries are sent by post or courier service to the address provided by the customer in the order.
Happy Slipper aims to maintain short delivery periods. However, delivery periods indicated in the order confirmation are non-binding. Happy Slipper is entitled to partial deliveries. In such cases, shipping costs will be charged only once to the customer.
If the delivery is undeliverable or the customer refuses to accept the delivery, Happy Slipper can dissolve the contract after notifying the customer by email and maintaining a reasonable extension period, and can charge the customer for the costs incurred.
The customer is obligated to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to notify any defects for which Happy Slipper provides a warranty, immediately in writing by letter or email to the address in the legal notice.
Returns to Happy Slipper are at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer must return the goods in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, along with the delivery note and a detailed description of the defects to the return address provided by Happy Slipper as stated in the legal notice.
If the inspection by Happy Slipper shows that the goods have no detectable defects or these do not fall under the manufacturer's warranty, Happy Slipper can charge the customer for the efforts, the return or the possible disposal.
